BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
THAT certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls
and the State of Texas, wherein the City agrees to pay the sum
of Three Hundred Ten Thousand Three Hundred and No/100 Dollars
310 , 300 .00) for curb and gutter and storm sewer work and in-
cidental items on FM Road No. 369 from FM Road No. 2380 to State
Highway No. 79 in accordance with State Highway Commission Minute
Orders No. 55213 and 56818, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Wichita Falls .
