BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS :
That the provisions of Minute No. 56818, providing for
widening that portion of F. M. 369 from Holliday creek to State
Highway 79 passed by the Texas Highway Commission on November
16, 1965, are acceptable to the City of Wichita Falls, and
said Minute Order is hereby accepted. It is hereby ordered that
the City of Wichita Falls cooperate with the State Highway
Department and proceed with the obligations so stipulated in
the said Minute Order as being responsibilities of the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 24th day of January, 1966.

proposal to the City of Wiehita Falls:

1. Provide for the immediate construction of continuous outer curb and cotter,
utility adjustments, storm sewers, etc., all its mei be necessary fort
oar nett project with the exception of pavement widening.

It is understood that the responsibility of tae Texas Highway Department is con-
fined to the pavement and its support, and all other textures necessary now or
in the future to provide an adequate travel facility shall be the responsibility
f the Cit;; of Wichita Falls.
Upon acce ptaace or the prcvisi000 of this; Order by the appropriate officials of
the City of Wi^.h,ita Falls, the State aighway Engineer is directed to proceed with
the development of plans for construction and after the City his fulfilled its
responsibilities proceed with construction in the most feasible and economical
manner, financing the cost in the 1967.1966 Coasolidatod L ighway Program.
It is understood that the c:.ty may diachargc+ its construction obligations as out-
lined herein in any manner as they may elect. In the event the City desires the
State to include their portion of the work in the State's construction contract,
the State Highway Engineer is hereby authorized to enter into agreement with the
City for such work and its cost as may be agreed upon.

and if not accepted within 90 day, of the date hereof, the action herein contained
shall be automatically cancelled.
