WHEREAS, on January 1, 1966,. the terms of Dan Roberts ,
D. V. M. , and Charles Dryden, M. D. , City of Wichita Falls
appointees on the Wichita Falls City-County Board of Health,
terminate; and ,
WHEREAS , Article 4436a-1 of Vernon' s Annotated Civil
Statutes provides that all of the members of such Board of
Health shall be appointed by the joint aca--ion of the Board
of Aldermen and the Commissioners Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that.
Dan Roberts, D. V. M. and Charles B. Dryden, Jr. , M. D.
are hereby appointed as members of the Wichita Falls City-
County Board of Health, for two (2) year terms, commencing
January 1, 1966 and expiring December 31, 1967 ; the appoint-
ment of these two members is subject to confirmation by the
action of the Commissioners Court of Wichita County, Texas.
