WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has made
application to the Neighborhood Youth Corps for a
Summer Conservation Work Crew project; and,
WHEREAS, the appl_cation is being considered
by the Federal Government; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize some
person to sign contracts and make necessary changes
in the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
City Manager Jack Davis, or Ronald J. Neighbors, Assist-
ant City Manager, be and they are hereby authorized to
sign all contracts and make all necessary changes in
connection with the Neighborhood Youth Corps
Conservation Work Crew Project.
