WHEREAS, the Board of <__dc__:,en of the City of Wichita Fall .
Texas has heretofore comple:ac a study and approved the plans
for the construction of a resavoir to be located in Clay and
Archer Counties on the Little Wichita River, under the authority
of Water Permit #2015 issued by the Texas Water Commission, said
plans and specifications wer plspared by Homer Hunter and Assoc-
iates and by the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of
Wichita Falls, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of 2a _dermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, has found that the pu )=.- c necessity requires the location,
construction, operation aad iaintenance of said reservoir in
Clay and Archer Counties, an
WHEREAS, the Board of erlen of the City of Wichita Fails ,
Texas, has found and determi:::eci that the fee simple title in and
to the land described in sail plans and specifications is suit-
able for such purposes and tat it is necessary to acquire same
for such reservoir.
