ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-19 OF CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
INCREASING THE RATES FOR COLLECTION OF GAR-
BAGE AND REFUSE FROM RESIDENTIAL PREMISES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION I. Paragraphs (I) through (7) of Section
17-19 of Code of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls
are hereby amended so that such paragraphs shall hereafter
read as follows :
" (1) Single family unit with alley entrance $1. 75
per month
(2) One family unit or single family unit,
without alley entrance, where is it
necessary to carry out refuse or gar-
bage for more than twenty (20) feet
but less than one hundred (100) feet
from property line $3.25
per month
(3) Single family unit where it is neces-
sary to carry out the refuse or gar-
bage more than one hundred (100) feet
from the property line $4. 25
per month
(4) Two (2) family units on one (1) meter $3 . 25
per month
(5) Two (2) family units on separate
meters, per unit $1.75
per month
(6) Apartment houses in one building up
to and including three units , per unit,
each $1.75
per month
Four to twelve units , each $1. 60
per month
Over twelve units, each $1. 50
per month
(7) Housing developments where alley is
available for service, per unit $1. 75
per month
Any housing units where alleys are
not available, per unit $3. 25
per month"
