BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain easement dated April 15th, 1969 from the
City of Wichita Falls to Boys' Clubs of Wichita Falls, Inc. for
a road from F.M. 368 to the north boundary line of the Boys ' Club
Camp tract at Lake Kickapoo is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the same for
the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 15TH DAY OF APRIL, 1969.
