BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain lease dated April 15th, 1969 from the
City of Wichita Falls to the Boys ' Clubs of Wichita Falls Inc.
covering eighty (80) acres, more or less below the dam at Lake
Kickapoo for a term of five (5) years with an option to renew
for five (5) years, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute and deliver the same for the City
of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 15TH DAY OF APRIL, 1969.
