BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain easement from the City of Wichita Falls
to Diamond Shamrock Corporation for a pipeline for the transportation
of oil, gas, or other products across Block 1, Unit 1 and Block 1,
Unit 2 of the Arrowhead Industrial District in Wichita County,
Texas, which easement shall be forty (40) feet wide for construction
and shall thereafter revert to the width of the pipeline, is hereby
approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute and deliver
the same for the City of Wichita Falls .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 15TH DAY OF APRIL, 1969.
