BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF.THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
THAT certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls and
Pinnell and Associates dated. April 7, 1969, for professional consulting
services in connection with the conduct of the Urban Mass Transportation
Technical Study is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute it for the Cit:y of Wichita Falls. .
