BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain grazing lease from the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, to Fred Stephens and wife, Jane Pendleton Stephens, and
Dr. James H. Simmons and wife, Gay Pendleton Simmons, wherein the
City leases to Fred Stephens and wife, Jane Pendleton Stephens,
and Dr. James H. Simmons and wife, Gay Pendleton Simmons for grazing
purposes only certain City land on the East side of Lake Arrowhead,
for a primary term of one year, beginning January 1st, 1969, with
nine options to renew for one year periods, is hereby approved, and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the
same to Fred Stephens and wife, Jane Pendleton Stephens, and Dr.
James H. Simmons and wife, Gay Pendleton Simmons.
