BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract whereby the City of Wichita
Falls and Wichita County Water Improvement District No. 2
agree to supply water from Lake Diversion to the Texas Park
and Wildlife Department for a fish hatchery located below
the Lake Diversion Dam is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of
Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF JANUARY,
1969.
