BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain grazing lease from the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas to Bridwell Ranches, wherein the City leases to
Bridwell Ranches for grazing purposes only certain City land
on the west side of Lake Arrowhead, for a primary term of one
year, beginning January 1st, 1969, with nine options to renew
for one year periods, is hereby approved, and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the same to
Bridwell Ranches.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 7TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1969.
