BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement between Ft. Worth and Denver
Railway Company and the City of Wichita Falls covering inter-
connection of traffic lights with automatic flashing light signals
where Grant Street intersects the railroad and Kell Boulevard is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute such
contract for the City of Wichita Falls,
