BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract dated September 30th, 1968,
between the City of Wichita Falls and Ft. Worth and Denver
Railway Company, authorizing the City to construct and maintain
a twelve inch water pipeline across and under the Railway' s
track and right-of-way at Mile Post W-7.66, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same for the City
of Wichita Falls .
