BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain correction easement and agreement dated
October 15th, 1968, between Fred S. Marks and Wife and the City
of Wichita Falls, across the Fred S. Marks ' lands known as
Fre-Mar Valley, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
