BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract dated October 15th, 1968
between the City of Wichita Falls and the City of Holliday,
Texas, providing for the sale of water by Wichita Falls to
Holliday, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to
