BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS :
That certain audit contract dated October 5, 1968
between the City of Wichita Falls and Jarratt, Cocke &
Tillery, providing for an audit report on Project No.
WS-5-44-0063, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita
Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 15th DAY OF October,
1968.
