BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract between the City of. Wichita Falls
and the Fort Worth and Denver Railway Company for the construction
of a reinforced concrete box culvert under the Plum Creek Drainage
Project across the right-of-way of the Fort Worth and Denver Amarillo
Main Line is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute it for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of September, 1968..
