BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Joint Use Permit dated August 24 , 1967 ,
between the State of Texas , acting by and through the Texas
Highway Department, and the City of Wichita Falls , providing
for water and sewer lines crossing Expressway U. S . 287 ,
signed for the City of Wichita Falls by Joe C. Smith, Direc-
tor of Public Utilities , is hereby approved, and the execu-
tion of same by the Director of Public Utilities is hereby
ratified and confirmed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the /7zX day of September.
