WHEREAS , in accordance with Resolution No . 833
the City Manager has negotiated a sale to the Wichita
County -- City of Wichita Falls , Texas, Hospital Board all
of Block 257 of the original town of Wichita Falls, save
and except the northeast quarter thereof (said northeast
quarter being Lot 2 of the replat of Lots 1 through 6 of
such Block 257) , in consideration of said Hospital Board
assuming the payment of a loan of $400 , 000 by the City
National Bank in Wichita Falls , which sale shall be subject
to the lease dated February 28, 1968, on the southeast
quarter of Block 257 , executed by the City of Wichita Falls
to O. D. McBride and M. E. McBride, d/b/a McBride Properties .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The sale of such property to said Hospital Board
is hereby .approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a deed of such property to said Hospital Board.
