BE IT RESOLVED EY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY-
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls
and M. O. Rife, Jr. et al, concerning the operation of the oil
and gas lease covering a part of Lake Arrowhead in Clay County,
Texas, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to
execute the same for. the City of Wichita Falls.
