BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
THAT certain contract between the City of Wichita. Falls and
the Fort Worth and Denver Railway Company for the construction of a
concrete box culvert across the right-of-way of the Fort Worth and
Denver Wichita Valley Line is hereby approved, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute it for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 10th day of June, 1968.
