RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector of the City of Wichita
Falls, acting under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2388 enacted
by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls on February
12, 1968, notified in writing by certified mail the following
listed owners of the property shown that the building or buildings
on the premises had been classified as a dangerous building and
that certain corrections were needed to be made or the building
demolished:

WHEREAS, such property owners above have not complied
with the directive of the Building Inspector within the sixty
days allotted in Ordinance No. 2388.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Public Hearing shall be held before the Board of
Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, acting in its capacity
as Building Commission, on July 2, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. and the
Building Inspector shall so notify the above listed property
owners by certified mail to appear before the Board of Aldermen
to show cause why the building or structure reported to be a
dangerous building should not be repaired, vacated, • or demolished
in accordance with the Statement of Particulars set forth in
the Building Inspector' s notice.
