BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain water purchase contract between the City
of Wichita Falls and the town of Pleasant Valley dated the
9th day of April, 1968, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same. for the City of Wichita Falls .
