WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is preparing to
construct new facilities for the Wichita Falls City-County
Health Unit; and,
WHEREAS, this construction will be financed in part
by federal matching funds , administered through the Texas
State Department of Health, and it is desired that some
official of the City of Wichita Falls be designated as the
proper official to sign the preliminary documents in connection
with this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager, or the Assistant City Manager, are
hereby designated as the officials who shall be authorized to
sign the preliminary documents concerning the construction of
the new facilities for the Wichita Falls City-County Health
Unit.
