BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain easement dated March 25th, 1968, from the
City of Wichita Falls to Texas Electric Service Company for
the construction and operation of an underground electric
distribution system, across a portion of Weeks Park to the
Northwest Texas Field and Stream Association building, is
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
the same for the City of Wichita Falls .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 25th day of March, 1968.
