BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
THAT certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls
and Newman-Osborn Engineering Company for their services in
connection with the conducting of the Systems Analysis Study
of the Container-Train System is hereby approved, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute it for the City of
Wichita Falls.
