BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
THAT certain instrument dated February 22nd, 1968, wherein
the City of Wichita Falls grants to Texas Electric Service Com-
pany an easement for the construction and maintenance of an
underground electric distribution system on Hamilton Park is
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 11th day of March, 1968.
