CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
We, the undersigned officers of said City, hereby certify as
follows :
1. /The Board of Aldermen of said City convened in
MEETING ON THE DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1968,
at the Ci%y Hall, and the roll was called of the duly constituted
officers and members of said Board of Aldermen, to-wit :

Kenneth Hill LeRoy Daniel

and all .of said pers ns were present , except the following
absentees :
thus constituting a quorum. W`1 reupon, among other business ,
the following was transacted at said Meeting: a written
RESOLUTION CANVASSING ELECTION RETURNS
was duly introduced for the consideration of said Board of Aldermen
and read in full. It was then duly moved and seconded that said
Resol_utibn be adopted;and,after due discussion, said motion,
carrying with it the adoption of said Resolution prevailed and
carried by the following vote :
YEAS : All members of said Board of Aldermen
shown present above voted '`Yea " .
NAYS : None,
2 . That a true, full and correct copy of the aforesaid
Resolution adopted atthe Meeting described in the above and fore-
going paragraph is attached to and follows this Certificate;
that said Resolution has been duly recorded in said Board of
Aldermen' s minutes of said Meeting; that the above and foregoing
paragraph is a true, full and correct excerpt from said Board of
Aldermen' s minutes of said Meeting pertaining to the adoption of
said Resolution; that the persons named in the above and foregoing
paragraph are the duly chosen, qualified and acting officers and
members of said Board of Aldermen as indicated therein; that each
of the officers and members of said Board of Aldermen was duly and
sufficiently notified officially and personally in advance, of the
time, place and purpose of the aforesaid Meeting, and that said
Resolitionwould be introduced and considered for adoption at said
Meeting, and each of said officers and members consented, in ad-
vance , to the holding of said Meeting for such purpose; and that
said Meeting was open to the public as required by law .
3. That the Mayor of said City has approved , and hereby ap-
proves , the aforesaid Resolution; that the Mayor and the City Clerk
of said City have duly signed said Resolution-; and that the Mayor
and the City Clerk of said City hereby declare that their signing
of this Certificate shall constitute the signing of the attached
and following copy of said Resolution for all purposes .

RESOLUTION CANVASSINC ELECTION RETURNS
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF WICHITA
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of said City duly ordered
an election to be held in said City on the 13th day of February,
1965, on the PROPOSITIONS hereinafter stated; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Aldermen has investigated all
matters pertaining to said election, including the ordering, giving
notice, officers , holding, and making returns of said election; and
WHEREAS, the election officers who, held said election have
duly mace the returns of the result thereof, and said returns have
been duly delivered to said Board of Aldermen.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS :
1. That the Board of Aldermen officially finds and de- .
termines that said election was duly ordered, that proper notice of
said election was duly given, that proper election officers were
duly appointed prior to said election, that said election was duly
held, that due returns of the result of said election have been made
and delivered, and that the Board of Aldermen has duly canvassed
said returns , all in accordance with law.
2 . That the Board of Aldermen officially finds and de-
termines that only resident , qualified electors who own taxable
property in said City and who have duly rendered the same for tax-
ation were allowed to vote at said election, and that the following
votes were cast at said election on each PROPOSITION submitted:

3. That the Board of Aldermen officially finds, deter-
mines and declares the result of said election to be that
PROPOSITIONS 1 & 2 so submitted have each received a favorable
majority vote and has carried, and that the WATERWORKS SYSTEM
REVENUE BONDS and the SEWER SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS may be issued
in accordance with law. PROPOSITIONS 3, 4 & 5 each failed,
and the PARK BONDS (GENERAL PURPOSES, LUCY PARK, ZOO AND BOTAN-
ICAL GARDENS) shall not be issued.
