BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls is hereby
appointed as an Airport Zoning Commission, to recommend airport
zoning regulations and the boundaries of the various zones to
be established in connection therewith. Such commission shall
make a preliminary report, hold a public hearing or hearings
thereon, and submit to the Board of Aldermen a final report,
as authorized by Article 46e-5 of Vernon' s Annotated Texas
Statutes.
