BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contractual agreement for right of way
procurement, between the State of Texas, acting by and through
the Texas Highway Department, and the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, for highway improvements on U. S . 82 and 277 from
present U. S. Highway 82 at F.M. Highway 369 to present U. S.
Highway 287 at Sibley Street in Wichita Falls, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute such con-
tractual agreement for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 11th day of January, 1968.
