BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contractual agreement for right of way
procurement, between the State of Texas, acting by and through
the Texas Highway Department, and the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, for highway improvements on Loop 11 from Big Wichita
River, north to U. S. Highway 287, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized to execute such contractual agreement
for the City of Wichita Falls .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 11th day of January, 1968.
