RESOLUTION NO.7 -' O
WHEREAS, on December 20th, 1967 the City of Wichita
Falls opened bids for the construction of the Lake Arrowhead
pump station; and,
WHEREAS, United Contracting Company of Addison, Texas
made a bid of $425 , 300 .00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Such bid of United Contracting Company is
the lowest and best bid, and United Contracting Company is
the lowest responsible bidder.
SECTION 2 . Such bid of United Contracting Company is
hereby accepted, the contract is awarded to United Contracting
Company, and the Mayor is authorized to execute such contract
for the City of Wichita Falls .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 27th day of December, 1967 .
