WHEREAS, on December 20th, 1967 the City of Wichita
Falls opened bids for the construction of the raw water
transmission line from Lake Arrowhead; and,
WHEREAS, A and A Construction Company of Muskogee,
Oklahoma made a bid of $2 , 651,819.90 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Such bid of A and A Construction Company
is the lowest and best bid, and A and A Construction Company
is the lowest responsible bidder.
SECTION 2. Such bid of A and A Construction Company is
hereby accepted, the contract is awarded to A and A Construction
Company, and the Mayor is authorized to execute such contract
for the City of Wichita Falls .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 27th day cf December, 1967 .
