BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City of Wichita Falls is hereby authorized to
sell to Bridwell Oil Company raw water from Lake Arrowhead
to be used for water flooding the Bridwell Halsell Lease on
the east side of Lake Arrowhead. Bridwell Oil Company shall
be charged for such water at the rate of five (5) cents per
one thousand (1000) gallons, and such water shall be pumped
from the lake at no cost to the City. The amount to be used
is estimated at fifty thousand (50,000) gallons per day.
