AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING THE ALLEY BETWEEN
LOTS NO. 1 THROUGH NO. 5 OF BLOCK 3 OF THE SCURRY SUB-
DIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deems it advisable and in the public interest to close the alley
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That certain alley, being 220 feet long, running
east and west between the north side of Lot 5 and the south side of Lots
1 through 4, Block 3 of the Scurry Subdivision, a plat of which is filed
for record in Volume 5, Page 562, of the Plat Records of Wichita County,
Texas, be and the same is hereby closed and abandoned.
