Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2011 Budget Utility Improvements
Project (CWF10-550-10) To A8�M Construction And Utilities, Inc., In
An Estimated Total Amount Of $999,330.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2011 Budget
Utility Improvements Project (CWF10-550-10); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is A&M Construction
and Utilities, Inc., which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $999,330.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2011 Budget Utility Improvements Project (CWF10-
550-10) is awarded to A&M Construction and Utilities, Inc., in an estimated total amount
of $999,330.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said contractor for the construction of such project.
