AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING THE ALLEY BETWEEN
LOTS 1-2 AND 12-14 OF BLOCK 1 OF THE BLAKELY ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deems it advisable and in the public interest to close the alley
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That certain alley, being approximately 130 feet long,
running east and west between Lots 1-2 and 12-14 of Block 1 of the Blakely
Addition to the City of Wichita. Falls, Texas, be and the same is hereby
closed and abandoned.
