AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF CLIFT
STREET BETWEEN THE BIG WICHITA RIVER AND THE EAST ROW
LINE OF U.S. 287 EXPRESSWAY.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deems it advisable and in the public interest to close that
portion of Clift Street hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That that portion of Clift Street between the Big Wichita
River and the east ROW line of the U.S. 287 Expressway be and the same
is hereby closed and abandoned.
