RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF
THE INTENT TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATION
AGREEMENT WITH THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to give notice of the intention of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the
Housing Authority of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, by pub-
lishing a copy of said notice in the Wichita Falls Times and
Record News, which is the City' s officially designated newspaper.
SECTION 2 . Said notice shall be published twice
within a period of sixty (60) days, and shall state that at the
expiration of sixty days from the date of the first publication,
the City will consider the question of whether or not it will
enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall keep a copy of the
Cooperation Agreement proposed available for inspection by the
public at the office of the City Clerk during usual business
hours.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immed-
iately.

TEXAS TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS ,
TEXAS
Pursuant to a Resolution duly adopted on June 2 , 1970 , by
the Governing Body of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, Notice is
hereby given of the intention of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority
of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and further;
Notice is hereby given that at the expiration of sixty (60)
days from the date of first publication, the Governing Body of the
City of Wichita Falls , Texas , will consider the question of whether
or not it will enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing
Authority of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas . A copy of the pro-
posed Cooperation Agreement is available for the inspection of the
public at the office of the City Clerk during business hours.
This Notice is given and published pursuant to the Housing
Cooperation Law of the State of Texas.
