BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
THAT certain Addenda IV to the contract between the City of
Wichita Falls and Pinnell, Anderson, Wilshire & Associates, dated
March 11, 1968, for professional consulting services in connection
with the conduct of the "System Analysis Study of the Container-
Train Method of Solid-Waste Collection and Disposal" is hereby
approved, and the City Manager is authorized to- execute it for the
City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th Day of May, 1970.
