BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls
and the town of Lakeside City, wherein the City of Wichita Falls
agrees to sell treated water to the town of Lakeside City, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute and deliver
the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 13th day of April, 1970.
