Res 1056 3/17/1970RESOLUTION NO. 1056
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1051, the Board of Aldermen
of the City of Wichita Falls approved a certain contract between
the City of Wichita Falls and the United States, providing for
the development of an integrated municipal information system;
and,
WHEREAS, such contract provides that the City will enter
into a subcontract with the University of Kansas to secure its
participation in such project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls
and the University of Kansas, providing for the latter' s partici-
pation in the development of the integrated municipal information
system is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls .
