Res 1055 3/17/1970RESOLUTION NO. 1055
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1051, the Board of Aldermen
of the City of Wichita Falls approved a certain contract between
the City of Wichita Falls and the United States, providing for
the development of an integrated municipal information system;
and,
WHEREAS, such contract provides that the City will enter
into a subcontract with BASYS, Inc. to secure its participation in
such project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls
and BASYS, Inc. , providing for the latter' s participation in the
development of the integrated municipal information system is
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City of Wichita Falls.
