WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and the firm of Pinnell
and Associates entered into a contract dated April 7, 1969, concern-
ing the conduct of an Urban Mass Transportation Technical Study,
and Pinnell and Associates now desire to assign their interests in
this contract to Pinnell, Anderson, Wilshire and Associates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
That certain addendum to the contract of April 7, 1969
approving such assignment, said addendum being effective February 1,
1970 is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to exe-
cute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
