That an election be held in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas on
April 7, 1970, for electing the following officials of said City:

Hughes and Phillips
The presiding judge for each precinct shall appoint such clerks,
not less than two (2) nor more than four (4) , as he deems necessary for
the proper conduct of the election.
The Chief of Police shall post a properly executed copy of this
resolution, order and notice at the places where the election is to be
held, such notice to be posted at least thirty (30) days before the date
of said election.
