WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, organized
and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Texas [herein called the "City" ) , has heretofore submitted an
application to the Criminal Justice Council of the State of
Texas [herein called the "Government" ] , for a grant under Pro-
ject 1-60-19 for the purpose of a planning project entitled
Systems Management Techniques for Police."
WHEREAS, the Government has approved the said applica-
tion; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain the consulting
services of Pinnell-Anderson-Wilshire & Associates in order
to implement the above said planning project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager, Gerald G. Fox, is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with Pinnell-Anderson-
Wilshire & Associates for their services in connection with
the conducting of the above said project. The City Manager
is authorized to execute said contract for the City of Wichita
Falls .
