AN ORDINANCE I''IAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM TIIE GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT
NUMBER. 4232, 5430, & 5490, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TFIE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OP WICHITA PALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund the sum of
X2,785.27 which shall be placed in Account Numbers 4232, 5430, & 5490.
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that it is essential
for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency, there-
fore this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
