BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain easement from the City of Wichita Falls
to Texas Electric Service Company, wherein the City conveys to
the Company an easement and right-of-way for an electric trans-
mission and distribution line over a portion of Lots 43, 46, 47,
and 19, Block 3 of the Clark and Plumb Subdivision Survey, Archer
County, Texas, in the vicinity of Lake Arrowhead, is hereby ap-
proved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute and deliver
said easement for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
